Healthy Honey Mustard Dressing
Let’s face it, we all love dressing! A good dressing can make the difference between choking down a boring vegetable salad and having a satisfying meal! You can spice up your sandwiches and protein sources by adding it as a condiment. Eating healthy does not have to mean eating boring! Here’s a recipe for one of my all time faves… Healthy Honey Mustard Dressing!
Ingredients you’ll need:
About half of a cup of plain fat free Greek Yogurt (which is about one small single serve container)
2 tablespoons of yellow mustard (you can also use dijon if you prefer a bit more spice)
1-2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Healthy Honey Mustard Dressing
Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl with a fork and you’re done! I personally like to make my dressings in a small plasiic storage container. You just add all the ingredients in, snap or seal the lid and shake it up. What you don’t use can then easily be stored in the fridge!
